WARNING!The customer, whose full name was specified when placing the order, can receive the goods sent on prepaid basis. You must have your passport with you.
The delivery time is determined by the carrier and ranges from 1 to 5 working days from the moment of dispatch.

Conditions for returning goods
Down products and bed linen of appropriate quality in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172 "On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" are not subject to exchange or return.
Before shipping, the entire product is insured for the full value, so when receiving the package, it must be checked in the presence of the representative of the carrier. In case of damage, partial loss, or shortage inside the package, an Act of acceptance and transfer must be drawn up with the Novaya Poshta employee. Compensation for damage caused by the carrier is possible only if there is a completed Act.
